Homepage rewrite: a GTM agency whose system is sharper than its site

The client

A five-person agency that runs outbound for B2B software companies. The founder posts sharp threads about suppression lists, scoring models and why most campaigns fail in the targeting, not the copy.

The gap

The homepage sells “AI-powered pipeline” and a meeting count. None of the thinking that makes the founder worth following shows up anywhere on it.

The approach

Lead with the unglamorous work buyers never see, because it’s exactly what a burned founder is worried about. Sell the system, not the send.

Before and after

Before · Hero

AI-powered outbound that books meetings on autopilot.

We help B2B companies scale pipeline with data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.

After · Hero

We decide who you shouldn’t email before we decide who you should.

Outbound for B2B software teams who’ve already tried the version that burns a domain in six weeks. Targeting, suppression, sequences and a weekly read of what the replies are telling us.

WhyA burned founder’s first fear isn’t “will they book meetings”. It’s “will they torch my domain and my reputation”. The headline answers that fear before it’s asked, and it’s the founder’s own point of view, lifted from his posts.

After · Section 2

The work you won’t see in a screenshot.

Before a single email goes out, we build the list of people you must never contact: current clients, open opportunities, anyone who’s opted out. Then we score the rest, so your first sends go to the accounts with a reason to listen this month, not the ones that match a filter.

WhyMost agency sites show the dashboard. This section shows the judgment behind it. Suppression and scoring are invisible to buyers, so naming them in plain words is what makes this agency look different from the forty others in the same inbox.

After · Section 3

Sends are activity. Pipeline is the point.

We report on replies, meetings and pipeline, not open rates. Every Friday you get one page: what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re changing on Monday because of it.

WhyBurned founders have seen the vanity report before. Separating activity from outcomes, in their own vocabulary, earns more trust than any meeting count could.

After · CTA

Send us your last campaign. We’ll tell you who it shouldn’t have gone to.

WhyThe offer matches the headline’s promise, so the page keeps one idea from top to bottom. It gives the buyer something useful in the first call, which is the least salesy way to ask for one.
